To further the Art and Science of Phototherapy in the treatment of the visual system, for the promotion of human health and potential, and this includes promoting and expanding the theraputic use of light in clinical practice thru post-graduate education and research.

Furthermore, the College strives to improve the quality of live of our patients and practitioners, to create healing conditions, so that patients can attain their potential.
